PoE2: Map bugged after dying in boss room after boss died

I just died to the map boss in the Forge map (monsterlvl 68) after killing him. The loot disappeared after respawning, the map suddenly had 0 monsters remaining and the fog of war reappeared for areas where I already was.

Same stuff happened to me, hope I still get my referred trial items in next map because there was something really juicy

Same thing happened to me multiple times after dying in boss room. All remaining monsters removed, all events on map removed and the even the layout of the map is changed.
Leaving from a portal and reentering, relogging or restarting the game didn't work.
