I cannot sincronize my account

Basically, I bought the game and leveled up a character to level 25, "MongeDiGuê", but when I try to access the trade page, I get a message saying I need to be online to perform the operation. What I think is happening is that the wrong account isn't synced on the Path website, because on my profile "Balãosuspeitu#2911" only the witch character I created in Path of Exile 1 shows up, and the Path of Exile 2 character doesn’t appear.

Could you please ensure you're using the correct sub-account? You should be able to change this in-game during the character selection page. You can also navigate to this near the top left of our website when using the forums.
