Can't access endgame

I have beaten doriyani on act 3 cruel twice, however I cannot access maps. I visit my hideout but cannot use the map machine and I am also missing the endgame tap on the waypoint screen. I cannot access the quest to save Alva again either. I am now locked out of progressing the game.

It's at a "machine".
Just click on it once you're at the new zone. You get to the new zone automatically after you finish "Act 6". You need to open the endgame map via mapdevice in The Ziggurat Refuge (Past) in Act 6.

" Follow seaman's instructions above. The final "quest" of the campaign, which is required to run maps from your Hideout, is running (completing?) a map from the Ziggurat Refuge.
