Blasphemy + Curse + Decaying Hex does not trigger Dark Effigy while the dot is damaging the target and Blasphemy details state that curses have the damage over time

I just encountered this, as well. The decaying hex dmg isn't triggered at all with blasphemy. I think it's due to decaying hex having a different duration that is not tied to the curse duration.
