Support ignoring emails

Since the 7th of decemeber 24, i have messaged GGG support over an account issue, 4times since then, so i dont feel thats really much since the first time. But every time they will email back within an hour and tell me they will help, they ask for characters and transaction numbers and then boom.... nothing. Just want to be able to use what i paid for, i followed the guidelines that ye set out for this issue and i just feel like its a thrown away each time,

Anyone else getting this issue with support.

so your telling me since my first email back in 7th december , FOUR MONTHS of a back log ??? thats just a joke.

Can you provide an update on the plan and timeline for resolving long-standing support issues?
