I dont get any Boss Atlas Kill Points anymore

i link a few images .
Im playing Warbringer with Totems ?! if that is maybe the reason ?!

I dont get any Atlas Points anymore for killing Map Bosses.

It always stays on 4/10.

Do i need to kill a Citadel first or something ?
