The Silent Cave Map doesn't award the Atlas passive tree bonus points

Hello,

I've done this map 3 different ways so far , 2 times in a t 11 map each time either killing 1 essence then the boss or all essences then the boss and once in a T15 map with all essences and boss killed , none rewarded the book with points for completing the map objective " Defeat the imprisoned Boss" as the objective was still up after boss was defeated... sadge , 6 greater essence in a map is great though ^ ^
