Game Crash after entering Apex area

Hey my PC is maded out of this

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700F 2.10 GHz
32 GB ram
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 Super
Windows 11 Pro

I have followed the Section and can see it overcooks my CPU it goes to high so the game crashes i tryed to log into another char no issues there it all started around Last night "07-04/2025 10pm +1 "denmark" After i entered Apex! from drowned city

I had no issues most of the first season "stopped playing around a month ago"
But now in Season Two "one" my game suddenly crashes due to overuse of the CPU.

What happend what should i do? and no thz dont wonna install third part thingy to play the game! this is a issue that i bet more then me have! so please help me here!

After validatet the game trow steam i found out i had lost 2 files somehow after those where downloaded the game seems to be working ill keep ya posted!
