Progression

hey folks im in act 2 trying to progress to the next stage of the game im currently trying to finish the mission

A Theft Of Ivory

which where you have to collect the tusk in order to clear the sands

ive gone to the bone pits and cleared the zone plus killed the area bosses 11x now and the tusk havent dropped

ive restarted the cilent/zone/pc and still the quest item has not dropped i am now stuck and cant progress

please help

Does not drop Tusks
I do have the quest.

Cannot proceed with Act 2 due bug.
