Storm Lance BUG

Hello Storm Lance is not hitting certain monsters in augury a very common map since i got it over 50 times already in less than 100 maps.There some rares and monsters with shield and skeletons that this skill STORM LANCE do not trow lightnings when is on the floor the skill is there but there is no lightnings hitting the monster or any animation or dmg at all
