Map disconnect

From time to time, the map crashes and the game shuts down. It's impossible to re-enter until the map unloads (portals closed). Other characters can enter the game during this time. I’ve tried changing servers and hideouts. Does anyone know what’s causing this and if there’s a way to fix it?
