I didnt get my last twitch drop the finisher

I have already contacted Twitch support, but they couldn’t help me further. They mentioned that maybe it’s linked to another account, which cannot be the case because I only play with one POE and have only one Twitch account connected. Could you possibly help me figure out what went wrong? Here is the response from Twitch support:
After checking your accounts, if you are still having trouble accessing the reward in-game, please note that the developer of the game is responsible for fulfilling Drop rewards on their service. In this case it will be necessary to reach out to the game developer's team for assistance.
