My friend only played for 4 hours. He was banned from using "third-party software" on April 7, 2025.

He only used the path covered by Building No. 2 and POE, and only used it to check the price of goods. He has never used other tools. And I didn't ban it.

To be honest, it's very frustrating to be banned by such an automated system, especially when someone who is always playing and supporting the game.
He has appealed and also emailed the details, but it is not known why he cannot post on the forum.

My friend's account was wrongfully banned on March 28th due to an alleged violation involving third-party software, despite no such tools being used. Prior to this, my friend had invested 480＄+60＄+60＄+30＄ in the game as support. On April 8th, an email notification stated the account was permanently banned for breaching Section 7 of the Terms of Use.
You guys never specify which exact provision of the 7th clause of the terms of service you violate.
