Where are my KEY's?

Hello i purchased 3 supporter packs, Vaal was the last one. I wanted to give one to a friend and when i try to go in the early acces keys sections, it says :

Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.

How is this possible? I play since 6 december 2024.

I tried to contact you trough e-mail first and this is what they said:

So, i don't understand, something it's not right.. You guys are not available from e-mail and also from forum. I can send the ticket with an owl or pidgeon.. Not worries.. Haha

No one is responding by email.. And apparently no one is responding on the forum, it's been two weeks, since I opened the tickets, how can I solve the problem?

Where did you buy the packs? Where are you trying to play PoE 2?

If you bought the supporter packs on PC, you won’t be able to play PoE 2 on your PlayStation 5; it has to be the same platform, and you need to be logging into the same account.
