Cannot leave map. I am stuck.

My character is stuck in The Drowned City. I cannot use the portal to warp to town, I cannot use checkpoints, waypoints, or exit the maps to other maps. I cannot pick up any items.

The only way I can leave is having another person in my party and teleporting to them.

This issue first occurred at the map Infested Barren lands while attempting to put in the soul core to lower the water, nothing happened.
I dropped the soul core and I couldn't pick it back up including any ground items.

When spam clicking the waypoints/ portals to town, the client crashes.
