Cataclysm's Wake quest stuck

i've been doing the Cataclysm's Wake questline. After i completed the first investigate the corruption part, i got the next step which says: Return to Doryani. This is where the problem started, Doryani doesnt have the marker or reacts anything. No matter where i contact him. I'm stuck, pls help!

And this quest is shared between the characters, that are on the same league :(

are u saying its bugged and we cant get more than 2 atals pts if we try to assume the quest on a 2nd character?

I dont have any atlas points even though im doing tier 8 maps :/

it doesnt seem to be fixed. Sadly this kills the complete end content. maybe after 6 months from now...
