BUG -unintented microtransactions (purchased all portals) ~700coins gone!

Hello there,
There was a bug that ended up freezing my ps5 for seconds, I hit X and 0 on PS5 on the portals of microtransaction. When the screen unfreezes, I notice multiple purchases have been made. Around 700 coins worth for gargoyle portals. Has anyone else come across this? Since launch day, sent support email, 5 days now still no reply or solution. Anyone have a way to get quicker reply from support. I am not sure how to share my screenshot here. Sure, they are smashed with complaints and problems like this right now to solve.
