Crashing/freezing after click to play. URGENT

The game froze on the loading screen after choosing the character. I was playing normally and arrived at the Utzal map, when I accessed the map for the first time the gears on the screen froze, I waited a while and the game froze completely and I was forced to force the PC to restart, when I returned I can no longer log into any map with any character, even if I create a new one. The game always returns to the home screen. I need help!

Same... when loading existing characters the game freezes and crashes to home screen. newly created characters have the same issue after loading into riverbank map.

Log file states the following:
[INFO Client 11744] Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred.

Its hard buy a game and i cant play, pls GGG do something.
