POE2 Paid, but game not launching

Hello,

I bought this game this morning and downloaded the game but it wouldn't start / launch. It just shows a black screen for a second, then disappears.

I checked with Packckeck.exe for 3-4 times and nothing happened. I re-updated graphic card driver and nothing happened. I did compatibility check and nothing happened.

Now what am I supposed to do?

I bought the game to play not just for idling.

Please technical support team help!

Please someone help me. I already paid but POE2 is not starting. I tested with POE1 and it runs perfect.

I have Windows 10 enterprise, Geforce GTX 1060 GPU, 64 RAM, Ryzen 7 3700.

POE2 doesn't launch.
