I can't play anymore, my character is stuck.

Hello,
Since 10:30 PM, I haven't been able to load my character.
I launch the game, I get to the character selection screen, I choose my character, it hides for 30 seconds (you can see the gears turning), and then it crashes.
I've tried 10 times.

However, I can launch my other characters??!!

Hi, I have the exact same problem with my amazon named Kiezya and stucked act 3 : jungle ruins normal, loading screen then crash. I can also load other characters.


Edit : I was able to play again for 1 min and it crashed again, can't log my char anymore. so fun.

Having the exact same issue. really just want to play the game lol. only happened in act 3

I found a solution:
If you manage (after several attempts) to display your character and enter the instance, immediately create a portal and return to the camp.
Close the game and wait 30 min for the instance to be deleted.
I think the instance is bugged.

I finally managed to play in the forest by lowering the settings a lot (apparently the instance is heavy ressources demanding) I hope that helps anyone having the same issue.

Edit I'm now in cruel and same problem and none of what I did work this time, so yeah, fix your game.
