Refund (7 emails sent) - $480 pack bought online does not work on PS5

I purchased the $480 pack online. I play on PS5. Apparently it does not transfer over and you have to buy the pack on the Playstation Store.

So I thought 'That's okay, I'll just buy it on console and request a refund for the online/PC one'. Keep in mind I requested the refund within 15 min of the purchase.

I got an initial reply back stating they could probably help me out asking for the order info, etc. and I replied right back with it.

Since then, no response. I have sent SEVEN emails over two months restating what happened along with the order info.

I finally submitted a chargeback with my bank. But now I'm paranoid that I'll be banned. If it was $50-100 I would let it slide but $500 x 2 is just way too much.

I am submitting this as one final request for a refund so I can cancel my chargeback. I have over 300 hours in and would hate to get banned just for this.

Any suggestions?
