Planetary Orb FX - Huntress - Only shows 1 orb

hello,

I have the Planetory Orb FX cosmetic and it only shows 1 planetary orb when i have 2-3 stacks of frenzy charge.

Disabling the cosmetic when i have more than 1 stack of Frenzy - i can see the 2-3 little balls floating around me.

Is this a bug or intended? The planetary orb makes it easier for me to see that i have a charge, but knowing when i have more than 1 would be nice too.
