Trying to get platinum trophy

So, Me and my gf start playing PoE 1 and we try to get platinum trophy and we might need some help.
It turns out this is harder than we thought, especially getting some currency and crafting materials. essences and any kind orbs to try craft better gears.
We are in Standard League, i have Deadeye.
(try to do elemental hit of spectrum build whit artillery ballista)
need some better bow to make that build work
Gf have Elementalist.(she want some kind minion build).
we played some tier 5 maps now but i die often, dying in one hit sometimes and don't know why. all my resistances is 75%
i know my body armour have some life regen what removes one of my life mastery passive skill but we can't find materials to try recraft it. need to remove that one life modifier from my body to get that 15% life from life mastery but that can't be only thing why i die in one hit?

when we have received our platinum trophy we gift all our loot away!
Back for helpers or if they don't need anything, then we can gift those who are beginning of end game or stuck in this game somehow like we now.

Yeah I know you already know this but your need to roll you bow and chest, they are not good. Since chest is 6 link probably roll that, it should be pretty easy to get something better. Probably get another base for bow to roll on since it is 5 link, then link it when you have something you are happy with. 5 link is not that hard to do.

Other than that, you have no life rolls on your build except for the ring and not much life nodes on your tree. It's already a squishy build being deadeye bow build with very little defense. So it is going to die sometimes. If your ele res is capped you are probably dying to phs or chaos. Your gloves and boots also need to be improved for lvl82. Getting spell suppression might help. Your tree can also be improved, looks like there is a lot of points on there you don't need. You also don't have an anointment on your amulet or eldrich implicits on your gloves and boots. They would help, but you might want to get improved items first as well.

Also you're using Winddancer. That will be very helpful on the first hit, but if you are every getting hit multiple times by attacks it could be dangerous.

It is just going to be squishy though, you can improve it, but you are probably going to want a fair bit of damage so you kill things before they hit you. Also not too sure about you build. Looks like you are doing chaos damage and elemental damage, which is unusual in most cases. Might be fine, depending on what you are trying to do.

What is the platinum trophy? Is that an achievement? What do you need to do to get it?

thansk for tips. i know most of that but i cant try to recraft my armours and bow yet cuz i need resources first to do so. i use that chaos thing temporarily cuz that vaal caustic arrow is strong but I'm going to take it off as soon as I get better bow where that elemental hit of spectrum works like it should.
about my skill tree, i try to copy other players skill trees but atm there is some resistances what i need now to get at least that 75%. what unnecessary point there are? exept maybe mana and chaos points? i need more life points apparently from skill tree, gloves and boots, right? should i take off winddancer, what would be better instead?

about your question what is Platinum trophy. yes, its kind of an achievement but in Playstation they called those about trophys. getting Platinum Trophy, player need to get all trophies first, then player receive platinum. in steam and xbox there are the same thing but called Achievements.
hardest thing in trophys are to get all four voidstones, kill all hard bosses and do all atlas maps
you will see for yourself in the achievements from stream, what all needs to be done :)

Yep gotcha. Getting all four watchstones is not trivial. In particular I think you are pretty far off doing maven.

So for farming currency for crafting, it depends exactly what kind of crafting you want to do. If you are using trade, it might be best to buy items. I'm not sure how much currency you need for that in STD league. You probably want to farm some of the content types. Delve, harvest, heist expedition.

You will need to think about how you want your atlas passives set up as well. Since you are trying to get atlas completion, you may want atlas passives that help with that. Kirac is good for helping with atlas completion aswell.

Looks like you got an amulet upgrade, so putting an anointment on that will help. Even a cheap anointment can be good, anything helps, just pick one that is useful for your build.

Probably you want to be following a build guide a bit more closely, since you are just learning the game. Typically on your tree you do not want to have loops in it, because it is usually inefficient and points can be more valuable elsewhere. More important than this is probably figuring out about the chaos or elemental on the build. I don't think the tree is unfixable, it is just a bit inefficient. Might take 10respect points to fix. I would probably go for just lightning arrow/balista and drop toxic rain. Also not sure you need both leech wheels. One is usually enough. I would take the one that gives both mana and life leech and not the other one. Instant leech mastery is good, but dont think you need that wheel since you are connected to the other one.

With the dying, I haven't looked at your POB, but I think your life pool will be too low. So using points more efficiently might help with that. Spell supression is good as well when you are using evasion. You are close to a lot of nodes so it won't be that hard to get. If you are not using deffenses like suppression, you probably need a lot of damage to glass cannon before you get hit, or you will die frequently.

Not sure what is going on with your cluster jewel. You need to fill it out for it to be useful. You can put a regular jewel in there if you are not ready to use it yet. Also getting improved flasks might help, this is something new players overlook, but flasks are pretty helpful.

Yes, having a god life roll on boots and glove and another life wheel life thick skin, also heart of oak, combined with no life mod or even a good life mod on chest would probably double your health. You probably want 3k life, or you can't get hit.

It depends how much you are getting hit. Probably your health pool is so low that it doesnt matter that much, you are dying on the first hit anyway. Often in POE you are getting hit more than one though. So long as you are only getting hit once it is good, but after that it becomes a downside.

that cluster jewel cuz i don't have any other "good". haven't found yet.
that cluster jewel have increased damage whit two handed weapons and bow count as two handed weapon, right? but still, its only temporary solution.
I didn't realize when i put some point in that cluster jewel i cant get it off before i use refund points. i will take it off when i found some better one.

about flasks. i use them often but I'm not quite sure how they should be improved or what would be good to have in them.

I made some minor changes in skill tree. do more changes when get ref. points
and take that other leech instead.
i take off all my chaos things even that vaal caustic gem and change it to elemental hit of spectrum and got new (good?) cluster jewel where i get a lot increased elemental damage
my hp is 1,8k atm. trying to get more whit armour mods when i get materials to do so.
btw do i need energy shield as well or is it elementalist thing to get high amount of energy shield?

yes, i use trade and even buy premium stash tab but that's all what i can put "real money" in this game

Yep, that cluster jewel should be ok for your build, but you can also craft on cluster jewels. It looks like you have no mods on it currently. To craft it you will need to un-allocate it first. You can un-allocate the whole thing for one respec point, by un-allocating the cluster jewel itself and not needing to respec every single point. You do want to craft it though, even if you don't craft it completely, if you just alch it should give you some better stats.

Yes bow is 2H weapon.

It is possible to look up a mod table if you want to know which mods can roll on which cluster jewels. Craft of exile is one way of doing this. https://www.craftofexile.com/

Some energy shield can be useful if you are not getting constantly hit. If you find that while your playing you usually have it up, it might be helping, but if it is often depleted then it might not be helping much. I would guess that on your build it is helping a bit, because you shouldn't be getting hit much, but not particularly useful to the point of getting more.

Yep, that's all you need, you will be able to trade. STD economy is notorious for being pretty bad for players starting out, but you might be able to find something useful.

The ones you have got are probably not too bad, you can put two mods on each though. If you augment orb on your life flask you will get another mod and it might be pretty decent. You can not make the flasks rare rarity, but they can be magic, so trunsmute/augmet/alteration's will all work on them. Jade flask might be good if you find one. Not sure if you have been running into problems will bleed or ailments, but flasks can be pretty useful for dealing with those. Also, keep any eye out for divine vessel. They are pretty rare these days, but filling out your pantheon can help a bit.

Yep. Your doing well. You have taken on a pretty big task, but also made a good start. A lot of players will not of completed what you are trying to do, just so you know it is not easy. Hopeful you are having fun with it.

Nice one. GL with the challenge. Let us know how it goes if you are getting closer to the bosses. The build you are making should be good for farming and clearing, though it might need some adjusting once you get closer to doing some bosses.

BTW one, of the builds I am playing at the moment is a little bit similar to yours. It is a balista totem build. I am playing in a different league than you so I have access to some extra ascendancies and crafting/farming methods. I'm also playing in SSF HC though, so in that regard the gear the gear is fairly obtainable. There are a lot of differences in the builds so it might not be particularly useful, but might give you an idea of the type of items that might be useful or notice something that can help you. I also could benefit from crafting a better bow, although my chest armour isn't bad. Character is a Wildspeaker called Ironringcommander if you want to take a look.

I'm currently working on making a new bow. and i even got hyrri's ire body from trade market but cannot use it yet. need more sockets and connections first.

this didn't work. I couldn't take it off that way, need to refund all point from that jewel passive tree before can take it away, i try..

You need to unsocket any of the jewels you have socketed in the cluster jewel first. So you need to take out the crimson and viridian jewel you have socketed. Then right click on the cluster jewel at the location it is socketed, it will bring up a text window asking if you want to remove the subtree for one respect point. You probably need 1 respect point available at the time of doing it aswell.

If you have a series of cluster jewels in the tree it takes one point for each, but doesn't look like you have that, so should only take 1 point.
