"Faridun Voltaic Mark Effect" gets you "Faridun Lightning Rod Effect" Bug

I just bought some of the beautiful Bow Skill Effects yesterday and they worked fine. But when i bought the one for Voltaic Mark, it did not appear in Cosmetics - Skills. More irritating, i have 2x of the Lightning Rod Effects to equip on maybe another Character.
Now i am not crazy stupid, but sometimes a little stubborn, so i bought the Voltaic Mark Effect AGAIN :D. Same result, now i got 3x the Lightning Rod Effect to equip in the Cosmetics - Skills Tab.
