[POE2][Microtransactions]: Vanishing Dye Doesn't work with off-hand Focus item

Upon trying to apply the Vanishing Dye to the off-hand Focus item, it can be noticed that the Vanishing Dye Doesn't work with off-hand Focus item.

Note 1: The issue occurs on the PC.

Note 2: The issue occurs with the Vanishing Dye

Note 3: The issue occurs with the following type of items:

FOCUS

Note 4: The issue occurs in POE 2.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch an app and reach the action phase.
2. Equip the off-hand focus item.
3. Open the Cosmetics.
4. Apply the Vanishing Dye to the Focus off-hand item which is not a weapon.

Expected result: The off-hand item is hidden.

Actual result: The Error "Cannot apply Microtransaction-type mismatch" is displayed in the Item details tooltip.
