HELP - Dawn - Doryani not selling maps, not even level 1

Hi, it seems Doryani isn't selling any maps at all, not even level 1 maps. After the recent server disconnects that kept failing the maps on crash, I'm stuck with zero maps. Doryani is currently standing on the stairs not at his usual position.
