Horrible customer service
Hello,
I need help with dealing with GGG customer service/help desk. I've wrote to them that I'm having issues with trading. Each time I open trade in a new tab I either need to click that I'm not a robot or rewrite a captcha. EACH AND EVERY TIME I open a new tab in a browser! It also occurs when I go from main site to trade site. My ticket hasn't been resolved FOR MONTHS! Customer service does not reply my emails. There is no phone number to call to as well. Their phone number (+64 9 551 3935) is long time out of service. Recently the problem spilled to logging into game as well. Each and every time I need to type in my password because I "login from new location". If it wasn't funny enough also two-factor authentication stopped working as well. On top of that my account is being logged-out midgame and I cannot login for several minutes!!! After I login the account is disconnected again within 15 min or so. This reoccur for about 2 days now. For context I do not use any addons, proxy servers or VPN. Customer service don't give a crap about my problem. I'm sick and tired of being neglected! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER WHO SPENT WAY OVER A THOUSAND DOLARS ON THE GAME! I expect someone to contact me A-S-A-P!
