[Bug] Gamebreaking – Can’t Interact with Anything After Dying in First Endgame Map

After entering my first endgame map in the PoE2 league and dying, my character became unable to interact with anything outside of the Ziggurat Refuge.

Issue Summary:

-Outside of the Ziggurat Refuge, I cannot interact with any objects: items, chests, crafting stations, portals, or NPCs.
-Clicking on objects causes the cursor to blink, but nothing happens, Interactions do not trigger.
-In maps, I cannot pick up any items except gold, which I can collect by walking over it.
-I cannot use portals to return to town/hub after entering a map. The only way I was able to successfully leave is by teleporting to a friend.(This also applies to going back to Ziggurat Refuge from any other location/hideout)
-Inside the Ziggurat Refuge, interactions work normally. I can use the stash, speak to NPCs, use crafting benches, and open maps.
-I can still open maps with waystones in Ziggurat Refuge and enter them.
-Once in a map, I can move, kill enemies, and fully clear it, but all interaction is otherwise broken.
-I cannot reproduce the same behavior in other characters. Characters in the Standard league are unaffected.

Steps Taken to Troubleshoot (No Resolution):

-Restarted the game
-Logged in and out
-Waited for hours in case it was an instance-related issue
-Verified game files via the launcher
-Switched from DirectX to Vulkan (no change but might have caused performance issues/crashes)
-Tried progressing through the endgame questline with the help of friends to find out if it's a quest related bug

The video demonstrates:

-Interacting successfully with stash and NPCs inside the Ziggurat Refuge
-Failing to do the same in other areas
-Opening a map and entering it via the waystone
-Killing enemies
-Being unable to pick up any loot (other than gold)
-Being unable to use the portal to return

This is a gamebreaking bug that has completely locked me out of playing my main league character. I was genuinely excited for the league, and it is extremely frustrating to be unable to progress due to this issue.

UPDATE :
Switching to a CONTROLLER makes everything work fine again I can interact with stuff but switching back to keyboard and mouse makes the game broken again.

Same, i helped the guy with killing act 3 boss and now i can't use teleport or checkpoint, only can tp to other players, and all interactables in my hideout also broked
