Stuck in loading screen!

I completed the trial of chaos. When I got my fragment I left to buy the other two so I could fight the boss. I entered my portal in town and got stuck in a loading screen for the trial. I reset the game several times but I just keep getting the trial of chaos loading screen. It isn’t frozen, the gears turn and the hints cycle but it just stays that way and I can’t get back in the game.

I'm having the same exact issue I've waited I hope the instance would close still stuck quite a while longer
