Salvage and Reforge bench disappeared

After switching from the SSF league to the standard league (Dawn of the Hunt) the storage was cleared and the two benches disappeared.
For the Salvage Bench the quest became available again to do, upon completion it reappeared. The problem is in the Reforge Bench since the quest is not available and there is no way to restart it.

same thing, reforge bench is gone and GGG is as well. How the fuck am i upgrade maps to level up with no fucking bench. Fix this shit

You need to do the side quests in the campaign again to get access to the benches again.

Having the same issue and I can't find the side quest to do it again. I have killed the BOSS like 50-11 times and the hammer never drops. I can't find Oswalt to obtain the side quest, its like he is MIA.

Chiming in to say that the same thing happened to me, yesterday, but I'd been running in Dawn o the Hunt the entire time. Old tabs are Remove-Only, now, and benches/Recombiner gone. Expedition NPCs that I'd unlocked disappeared from hideout and endgame quests were reset - lost all mapping progress. Relic locker in hideout is accessible, but the one at the Trials can't even be selected. I assume this is all lead up to the next League, but can't say I ever remember a run being forcibly retired like this in poe1, pre-league start...
