Ascent to Power - Act 2 normal difficulty

I've seen someone else post about this but it was a little while ago..my Ascent to Power quest is bugged out. It's telling me to "Return to the Ardura Caravan" and speak to Zarka. She has no quest dialogue options for the quest...Any update on this?
