4 months waiting for Liberator physical items
Hi GGG,
My hope is that this post can receive a response that isn't the standard canned "we've received a lot of tickets and will get back to you when we can". In short: I emailed Support back in December regarding my inability to submit shipping information to receive the physical rewards from the Liberator support pack. In February I received an email asking to confirm shipping information, to which I responded right away. It is now April, and I still have not received a confirmation of shipping or any response. Guys, I get having a backlog due to unexpected popularity and whatnot, but in NO industry is it acceptable for people to wait for 1/3 of a year to get a simple issue resolved. Especially after they've potentially spent hundreds on your product. It's just not okay, and needs to be addressed by the Devs personally at this point. Please give the courtesy of a response beyond the standard canned responses you guys have been using with these posts (at least addressing the 4 month wait at this point), and I really hope that not only my issue is resolved, but your team begins prioritizing staffing your customer service properly. " Hey Cameron, Not sure if you'll be able to see this response, but I actually received a follow-up response (thankfully) requesting confirmation of my request + payment, which I made sure to submit right away. The email came from Nichelle, so if she is on these forums please forward my appreciation for her attention to my situation. |
