My character is stuck in trial of chaos after killing boss

As title states, after killing the boss (for 2nd ascendancy points) the door to leave the arena and claim rewards will not open, my character is stuck in limbo, can't portal out, relogging does not get me out, waiting does nothing. Don't know what else to do other than maybe someone knows what to do...

got my character out, don't know what caused the bug though.
