Decaying Hex + Blasphemy

Could you please confirm if the decaying hex is supposed to work with Blasphemy? Currently, it is not.

Another request for this - can confirm it does not currently work. The system allows it to be socketed, and I don't see anything in the gem that should cause it not to work.
