Muted by GM for asking how to open corrupted nexus

So the corrupted nexus doesnt open, ive cleansed everything around it but still the traverse button is greyed out.
I asked in global, and a GAME MASTER muted me, for asking how to open the nexus.

Not only does the game not give you basic instructions on how things work, but you get punished for asking....?

I have screenshots but when i try to attach them, this page just gives me text.
