Scepter Azak Shaman isn't working

Bump. Azak Shaman bound in Act 3 Bog. They just stand around and take no action at all and are not commandable. Also, not sure if part of the bug, but the spectre gem itself shows the actions it SHOULD take, which is the only spectre gem I've seen so far with the actual actions listed on the gem.
