Game crashed, now character is unplayable, not able to click on anything or interact with any npcs

Playing a Gemeling Balista build, game crashed at the start of act 2 cruel, was not able to interact with Sin to progress the story, tried changing zones, was not able to click or interact with zone area changes or waypoint. Warped to hideout from chat command, am not able to leave or interact with any object or npc, or waypoint. Logged into different character and able to play with the other character, but the Gemeling is still stuck.

Restarted game, and verifying cache did not work.
Restarted computer and am not able to interact with that character.
