Missing a unique diamond after char reset it just vanished

I had a very rare unique diamond on my main standard league account it was a Controlled Metamorphosis Diamond with a medium range with the very lowest - to elemental resistances. it was in my skill tree in a section where the new amazon path was laid out. it deleted the jewel. i'm really upset because i paid 50 divine orbs for said item. How do I get it back
