Please help me. I've been muted for 20 days.

I was muted for more than ten days in version 0.1.0. I already understand that I shouldn't send trading information in the World Channel. However, this time it was really a mistake on my part. I thought I was sending the message in the Trading Channel, but I accidentally sent it in the World Channel instead. Could your company please consider separating the functions of muting in the World Channel and muting in the Trading Channel? I'm willing to accept not being able to chat in the World Channel as a consequence of my violation and will strictly abide by the rules. But I really can't afford not to be able to sell things in the Trading Channel.
