Twitch Integration Issue
Hi there,
I recently redeemed my pet for the PoE II Dawn of the Hunt account but did not receive the pet in-game. I believed it could be due recently having changed my account name through another support ticket (a few months ago), so I disconnected the Path of Exile Twitch Integration under "Other Connections" in my Twitch account in the expectation of reconnecting and making things work out. However, upon doing that I cannot reconnect it and whenever I click on "Connect" it simply takes me to the Path of Exile Twitch Integration page and a message is displayed with the following content: "Unable to verify the connection to your Twitch account. If you keep seeing this message you may need to re-link your account." Can anyone help me with this issue? I am experiencing this same issue, however, I never changed an account name.

Same issue, there's nothing for me to do to (re-verify my account) so the notification is really useless outside of saying someone needs to do something on my account since I can't? Help us support?

Hi there Exiles, could you please firstly ensure you are logged into the correct sub-account before viewing your Twitch settings from your profile page? This can be found here.
If this doesn't work you, could you please provide a screenshot of the claimed bundle from the twitch.tv site? |

" It worked for me. I had to remove and reconnect the twitch account in the referred page. Thank you. |

Thank you, so it seems you can go to my account > manage account > and scroll down to the twitch section to remove and re-add your twitch account from there.
I thought that link from the twitch drop message was supposed to be how you manage this so I didn't expect there to be a different page you need to go to and manage this connection. |
