Cannot Interact with Anything

I am stuck in Dreadnought Vanguard map, cannot interact with anything (portals, checkpoints) or pickup items. I can walk around and activate my skills, I killed the boss but cannot progress and leave the map since cannot talk to NPC to do the boss finisher. At this point the character is bricked and don't know what to do.
