character stuck

After defeating the executioner boss in act in 1 and upon entering the Manor Rapmarts area i got crash during loading screen and since then it won't let me play with that character...
Character name:MiniPlay level 15 witch Could you teleport the char on town if possible please? Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 4:37:59 PM

Hello I have something similar, in act 3 first map with a character, with directx12 constant crashes can't enter the map, switched to vulkan sometimes I can enter but still crash

Because my first character got blocked, I created a second character and had the same problem but i realized that i didn't talk to the girl that i saved from the executioner so i think that must be the problem...
After saving the girl from the executioner i went into the next area without going back to vilage and speaking with the girl... |

After reinstaling the game it worked...
