Energy Shield Recharge Delay Bug (posted im wrong bug report page pls delete)

When putting skill points into the Energy Shield Recharge tree near Witch starting point (ending with the key node "Essence Infusion") I noticed that the numbers I receive in my Character sheet is not accurate to what the nodes are telling me. With the base time of 4 seconds recharge delay the first node you put in should result in a new delay time of 3.4 seconds. But instead the delay time goes to 3.48 meaning there is an 0.08 seconds extra time left that should not be there. Only way I can find to explain this is that there is diminishing returns even for the first point.

After messing with it to try to figure it out it seems like there is diminishing returns built in which might be intended but it should not be applied to the first instance of reduction.

The game is giving me the numbers:

4 seconds baseline

4.38 seconds after first "15% faster start of energy shield recharge" node

3.08 seconds after second "15% faster start of energy shield recharge" node

2.76 seconds after third "15% faster start of energy shield recharge" node

Meaning they each get get a reduced value after the hidden diminishing returns resulting in actual value of them being:

first node = circa 13% (instead of 15%)

second node = circa 11.5% (instead of 15%)

Third node = circa 10.4% (instead of 15%)

I guess it's fine to have a built in diminishing return mechanic to it but it should not affect the first instance time reduction.
