Black Screen Upon Bootup, Leading to Severance Of DP Connection With 2nd Monitor, Too

On 04/06/2025, at roughly 8:30 AM (CT), I booted up POE 2 to receive a black screen.

I am on PC. I had Twitch running on Google Chrome and the Discord application open. I could still hear the Twitch stream running in my background. I have used this combination of apps (sometimes with Spotify, too) running in the background without too much issue (though this same exact issue did happen a month or so ago). Last month, I tried restarting, unplugging/replugging my DP cables, ordering new DP cables, trying HDMI cables, and ordering a docking station. Nothing worked.

After I bought my new desk and set up the 2nd monitor again, it worked, but now, after the POE2 crash (which, again, happened last month under similar conditions), the same issue has resurfaced.

My primary monitor is: Sceptre New 27-inch Gaming Monitor 100Hz 1ms DisplayPort HDMI x2 100% sRGB AMD FreeSync.
My secondary monitor (the one whose DP connection can no longer be established after the crash) is: CRUA 24.5Inch Gaming Monitor 144Hz/165Hz, FHD(1920x1080P) 120% sRGB.
Both monitors are not even 2 months old.

I'm not too familiar with specs, but here are some that might be relevant:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, 3600 Mhz, 8 Core(s), 16 Logical Processor(s)
Motherboard: ASRock B550AM Gaming
RAM: 32 GB
Display Adapter: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
