The venom crypts / the slithering dead - lootable not spawning

The lootable corpse (if i recall it correctly there should be one) is not spawning in order to complete the objective and get the permanent buff item.
Tried to run the venom crypts approx 10 times over 2 days with the same outcome Last bumped on Apr 6, 2025, 10:36:48 AM

Same problem here. Re-instanced a few times.
