Turning off 2nd monitor or computer moves game screen

I have 2 screens right now, I technically have 4 but I only use 2 typically. Every time I reboot the computer and even sometimes not, this happens with both POE1/2. It will boot the game on the wrong screen and typically not even in fullscreen windowed. It gets tiresome to have to change to windows fullscreen then revert, because that shifts the screen to that monitor I want. If it does start in full screen, I have to pick the screen the game is on (the one I don't want) then reselect the other screen (this is if I don't reboot and turn off the screen I play on). On reboot, it picks the screen I don't want. So it remembers what screen I want, but it doesn't go over there automatically.

Are you able to verify the "adapter_name=" is set to the proper monitor in the config file?
