Can't click on things in levels.

Hello I am having a problem with on of my Dawn of the Hunt league players. ArcadeTonkens can not click on anything why in a level. the only way I could get to town was to group up with a buddy and use the tp to them next to there name. No items, checkpoints, waystones, town portals will work. logged in and out, went to town and tp back all it does is crash my game.
