Cash shop items dissapeared

Hi, i bought a back cosmetic with the early access support pack and after the first day of new league it gone from my character and my shop. I also hve my steam linked to my twitch and watched a stream for 3 hours to get the pet but that also is not in my shop, ive claimed it, linked acc to poe website everything but both are gone. I still have my extra stash tabs that i also purchases but those two cosmetics are gone.

I also dont have my pentagram red waypoint either
