Emergency! Loot disappearing from ground and inventory!!!

I just noticed (in act 3) that loot that dropped on the ground then immediately gets erased as if it had never been there right before I can get to it to pick it up. No telling how much I have lost without noticing up to this point. Watched an exalted orb and a unique staff just disappear. I will absolutely stop playing the game until this is fixed as what is the point? If anyone else notices this pls up vote and bring this to GGG's attention. This needs a hotfix ASAP!

Did you press Z to disable item labels?
