Emailed 5 times no response

I emailed support@grindinggear.com 5 times since January about merging points with the final support pack and/or making a payment plan. I would love to give them my money if I could only get a response.

The final support pack won't let me merge points. It reads 240 which includes the previous pack but I have 2300 points available. Are my points not able to be merged with the 240 to decrease the price?

I would like to set up a payment plan which I understand will need to be completed in 3 months and I am fully ready to do so. Again, if I could only get someone to answer my emails.

Hey yeah, I've emailed 5 times since January with no response. It's just frustrating that I can't this this simple matter resolved. It's not like I have technical issues with the game or bugs that prevent anything. Just the question of setting up a payment plan for the final support pack.
